What can you expect?
You will support each member of the People Business Partner Team along the whole Employee Lifecycle
You are, focussing on a great employee experience, mainly responsible to ensure all administrative tasks are handled timely and in high quality standard
You will get involved in several projects for example in the area of People Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Shared Services
You analyze needs for new HR concepts, perceive HR trends, innovation potential and transformation opportunities and work conceptually
You will be involved in the organization of the People Team Meetings in person that happen every 2-3 months at our headquarters

What should you bring along?
You are currently studying a field that will take us further, such as business administration, economics, psychology, etc., and you are now looking for an internship or a working student role
You are speaking German perfectly and English very well
You come from Munich or the surrounding area and can come to our office part-time
You have experience in project management and are familiar with agile method, and ideally you already had some working experience in HR / People departments
You have proven organizational and strong multitasking and execution skills, enthusiasm for People is in your nature, and you are looking for exciting tasks in which you can take on responsibility at an early stage
You are a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented self-starter who can work successfully both independently and as part of a team
You like to work in a fast-paced work environment and can manage multiple tasks at the same time, and are willing to join our in person meetings every 2-3 months at our headquarters
