For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a
Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Special Channels
Your new job includes

  • As Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Special Channels you are responsible for the optimal customer and product group support (specialized in Perfume & Cosmetics as well as Fashion & Accessories) in cooperation with your Sales Team. In particular you will be the contact person for your colleagues inside and outside the aforementioned sales team, as well as for the external customer base in all administrative and organizational tasks
- create quotations and maintain/update the annual price lists
- handle customer requests regarding assortments, prices and complaints
- work closely with sales colleagues in the implementation of the sales strategy and assist in meeting preparation and follow-up
- coordinate catalog and flyer planning
- obtain, set and track forecasts

What you should bring along

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and first work experience in a similar function
  • Enthusiasm for the product groups P&C / FAWJ
  • Secure knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience in working with SAP is a plus
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • A goaloriented way of working as well as selfinitiative
  • Enthusiasm at work, a high degree of service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
