Your challenges- You will implement creative and forward-thinking solutions in the areas of employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, leadership & capability development, and performance management.

Your contributions will foster a culture of lifelong learning and enhance our company's mission to improve human living conditions.- You will continuously optimize our current learning and development processes and tools to make sure that our offers remain cutting-edge and highly effective.- You will collaborate and/or lead interdisciplinary project teams to design and implement learning and development initiatives.- You will create group-wide standards and ensure compliance with them in collaboration with relevant interfaces and stakeholders.- You will advise internal customers on the implementation of Learning & Development concepts.- You will select and manage external providers and trainers, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to our learning programs.

Your expertise- You successfully graduated with a master's degree in psychology, Business or Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources/Development or a related field.- You have 5-7 years of experience in organizational learning and development, talent management and coaching programs in a corporate environment.- You are highly familiar with conducting needs assessments and developing appropriate recommendations for action.- You are confident in using various learning management systems.- You have proven skills in designing and conducting (virtual, hybrid, and face-to-face) workshops on various topics, such as teamwork, leadership, engagement, and learning culture.- You have a strong agility in learning, a creative and innovative mindset, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
