Your tasks

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Ensure the timely and correct documentation of processes
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings

Your qualifications

  • A technical degree in biotechnology, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar
  • A minimum of five years of proven field service experience
  • Preferred experience with cell imaging and/or spectrometry
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Flexibility to travel internationally for up to 30%
  • High customer orientation and team spirit
  • Fluent spoken and written English, German preferred
