Job brief:

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating financial transparency, facilitating decision-making processes for management and investors, and overseeing the further development of our controlling and reporting procedures.

In this role you will:

Provide financial transparency and decision support to management and investors.
Oversee the development of controlling and reporting processes and tools.
Support the financial forecasting process and establish proper budgeting and forecasting procedures.
Coordinate regular target/actual comparisons.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearend close processes.
Act as a liaison between the business and accounting, assisting with invoicing and subscription management.
Liaise internal stakeholders to obtain and share relevant information.

About you:

Degree in business administration, with a focus on controlling or accounting.
At least 3 years work experience in accounting, controlling, or finance.
Valid work permit for Germany.
Technical understanding to quickly learn our tools and programs.
Selfstarter, eager to take on new roles and responsibilities.
Not afraid to challenge existing processes, and you actively contribute your own ideas.
You are a strong communicator, fluent in both German and English.
You approach problems in a structured way and can remain calm under pressure.
You are proficient in common MS Office solutions, especially Excel.
