Your tasks

Preparation of design details (workstages 2 and 3 HOAI) in the form of general plans in the scales M 1:20 and details in the scales M 1:
Drawing of master details in the CD phase (workstage 5 HOAI) in the scales M 1:1 and/or work and assembly planning
Processing of BIM or Revit models and 3D drawing creation
Participation in the coordination with architects, clients and contractors
Development of intelligent solutions in cooperation with architects and specialist planners

Profile:

Completed apprenticeship as a technical system planner and at least three years of professional experience in the field of façade technology or façade engineering
Excellent CAD knowledge (AutoCAD, Athena, Revit or similar)
Experience in CAD processing of façade or metal construction systems, ideally also in the 3D area
Flexibility and communication skills
Structured, analytical and goal
