YOUR TEAM:

The new FU organization (Corporate Processes, Controlling & Performance Management) will be in charge of the central financial steering at CARIAD with an end-to-end responsibility ranging from financial planning to financial target achievement.

Within FU, the new FU-B department will include G&A, Invest and Subsidiary controlling.

For this challenging and exciting area, we are looking for a new Head of G&A, Invest and Subsidiary Controlling (FU-B).

Within in this role you will lead a cross-functional finance team having close interaction with our international subsidiaries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will lead a team of experienced controllers which cover all indirect costs, our investments and the controlling of our subsidiary portfolio.

Responsibilities related to G&A and Invest Controlling will cover:
Controlling of G&A and Invest, incl. input for hourly rate R&D cost
Development and implementation of G&A efficiency measures across CARIAD Group
Prepare and leade our Invest Committee (C-IK)
Plan and steer the costs centers of our indirect functions
Ensure cost discipline together with the top leadership or our indirect functions
Responsibilities related to Subsidiary Controlling will cover:
Financial steering of subsidiaries, incl. definition of KPIs, planning process (planning round, budget and consolidation into CARIAD Group) and plan-actual analysis
Operational tasks such as implementation of efficiency initiatives within subsidiaries and monitoring the liquidity/solvency situation of subsidiaries
Alignment with Beteiligungsmanagement/M&A for strategic topics
Alignment with FU-A (Planning Round & Licenses) for consolidation of subsidiary results into Group results
Direct exchange with top level leadership team of our directly controlled subsidiaries

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience with preparing and presenting reports to a Clevel audience.
Ability to understand and evaluate business models and strategies of subsidiaries
Strong skill in working with international teams
Strong English language skills
Experience with SAP and BI-Tools are a strong plus
