The contract will be limited to 1 year

Responsibilities and duties:

Handling A/R requests together with the customer success department
Continuous improvement and development of A/R processes
Implementation of additional payment methods when necessary
Handling encashment processes together with debt collection agencies
Being a contact person for the payment service providers (e.g. direct debit)
Preparing monthly A/R reports to the finance and management team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
Understanding of A/R processes (assessed by exam tools)
More than one year of experience in A/R processes
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Fluent in English, nicetohave proficiency in German, additional language skills are a plus (Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Turkish)
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
