    Deine Aufgaben

  • Du startest befristet auf 2 Jahre und in Vollzeit am Standort Köln oder Hamburg.
  • Du erstellst Inventaranalysen und triffst Angebotsableitungen für die Themen Yield Management, Programmatic und Performance Marketing als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in unseres Expertenteams.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Auswahl & Steuerung von Performance- und Yield Partnern, um die optimale Monetarisierung zu erreichen.
  • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich digitale Projekte und treibst sie mit eigenen Ideen maßgeblich voran.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen, um die bestmögliche Umsetzung unserer Vermarktungsziele zu gewährleisten.
  • Du übernimmst die kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und identifizierst Trends sowie Optimierungspotenziale im Programmatic Advertising.
  • Du erstellst regelmäßige Reports und Analysen zur Performance unserer digitalen Werbeplatzierungen und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

    • Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Medienmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Bereich Programmatic Advertising mit und hast diese idealerweise bereits innerhalb einer Agentur oder einem Digitalvermarkter sammeln können.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits relevante Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing oder im Yield Management.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamorientierung charakterisieren dich.
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Auf Deutsch und Englisch verständigst du dich hervorragend und beim Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen macht dir niemand etwas vor.

    Die Ad Alliance ist die Vermarktungseinheit von RTL Deutschland. Im Team Yield & Optimization nutzen wir klassische & programmatische Vertriebswege zur Umsatzmaximierung auf den Werbeplatzierungen unserer digitalen Marken. Ziel unserer täglichen Arbeit ist das gute Verständnis für unsere Werbeplätze sowie Expertise im Yield- und Programmatic-Bereich der Digitalvermarktung. Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern und Plattformen wollen wir die bestmögliche Auslastung und Umsatzoptimierung unserer Marken erreichen. In unserem 5-köpfigen Team in Hamburg und Köln schätzen wir Austausch, Eigenständigkeit als auch Sparring. Und das nicht nur bei der Arbeit – auch bei der Liedauswahl für unsere vielfältige Team-Playlist gibt es immer wieder was Neues (oder Altes) zu entdecken.
