    Global Director Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (m/f/d)

    In Germany - Berlin| Bonn | Cologne | Frankfurt/Main | Hamburg | Munich Simon-Kucher is on a journey to build our Global DE&Ifunction. The Global Director of DE&I will bring unique, external thought leadership in Diversity,Equity and Inclusion for professional services firms and will be aPartner/Board/CEO/CXO/HR adviser in this field. This individual will takeresponsibility for the overall DE&I strategy, including build out of a globalteam of DE&I champions. The Global Director of DE&I will ensureSimon-Kucher is able to realize our future vision for DE&I.     How you will create an impact:
    • You oversee and drive global DE&I initiatives directly and through the management of DE&I Programs.
    • You facilitate the execution of the mission and vision for DE&I at Simon-Kucher, with plans to evolve DE&I for the future.
    • You serve as a leader, advisor, advocate, catalyst for change, and institutional resource focused on instilling DE&I into global talent and business programs and activities.
    • You partner with Business and HR leaders, the Board, CEOs, and CXOs to become a trusted adviser to the partnership on DE&I topics and develop and implement specific diversity goals, and business plans to align inclusion initiatives with business strategies and metrics focusing on the workplace, workforce, marketplace and community.
    • You take a consultative approach, act as a thought leader, influencer and subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion-related issues that impact the global organization.
    • You design and implement metrics, monitoring & reporting systems to effectively benchmark organizational progress in DE&I.
    • You develop tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate the impact and ROI of initiatives; develop reports on program effectiveness and make recommendations for program enhancement and improvement.
    • You develop and implement best practices for DE&I action planning and ensure business accountability for follow-up.
    • You work with senior leadership in designing and implementing organization-wide changes to ensure diversity, equity, and respect for all teammates and clients.
    About you:
    • You have over 10 years of experience in DE&I for international consultancies, ideally in an international environment in the consulting or other professional services industry.
    • You have over 5 years of experience in thought leadership and as a people manager for employees.
    • You have a demonstrated track record in developing and executing DE&I initiatives.
    • You understand the interaction between strategy, operations, and processes within DE&I and/or HR in a matrix organization.
    • You have a fluent understanding of local requirements and centralized standards and can navigate local/global dynamics effectively.
    • You have experience working at the most senior levels of leadership to develop budgets and investment plans for DE&I.
    • You have the ability to remain calm under pressure, work effectively with highly matrixed teams, and involve experts where appropriate.
    • You possess excellent communication skills to influence and be a trusted partner to stakeholders.
    • You are an experienced people leader.
