What you will do- Lead complex improvement and cost down projects to achieve agreed business targets (e. g. material qualification projects)- Accountable to achieve defined project results- Execute complex projects according to the agreed project plan and within agreed boundaries (Specification, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization)- Define competencies and resources needed- Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management- Manage all requested changes and establish change management process- Analyze project risks and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks- Align new and ongoing material qualification projects with the procurement team

What you will need- Master 's Degree ideally in a technical field- Min. 3 years experience in a similiar position- Experience within Semiconductors is a benefit (Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages)- PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit (or, future prospect)- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Resilient and assertive- Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects- A solution-focused mindset- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success and a pronounced hands-on mentality Good MS Office knowledge- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
