Role description


As part of the Coach Experience team, your role will focus on creating the best digital coaching experience possible, for clients and coaches alike.

Initially you will be supporting our operational responsibilities, such as administrative support, managing payments and matching clients with our pool of international top-level coaches.

Down the line you'll have the opportunity to drive your own projects & initiatives in collaboration with other departments to enhance the Sharpist coaching experience for all of our users around the world.

Requirements:


What you bring:


  • Business proficiency in German and English (mandatory)
  • Experience in project management tools such as Asana, Jira or Trello
  • High proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Relevant experience in digital project management
  • Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
  • Educational background in Psychology (or other fields relevant to professional coaching)

What would set you apart from the competition:

  • Being a certified business coach
  • Experience Customer Relations Management tools such as Hubspot
  • Knowledge in data analysis and SQL
  • Experience with accounting or payment systems
