Your Responsibilities:

Modern CRM systems should enable sales and consulting staff to provide seamless interaction experiences from initial contact to contract closure.

To this end, the following points are to be addressed:

Evaluation using the example of a private customer consultation in the insurance industry: What information needs to be collected? How does a consultation take place? What are the requirements for consulting documentation and how can this be ensured?
Deriving use cases of how modern CRM technology can be used to create modern customer and consulting experiences
Implementation of an app for a "consulting protocol" based on MS Dynamics 365 and other Power Platform components.

Your Qualifications:

Study with IT reference
CRM knowledge from your studies or practical experience
Programming skills
Interest in cloud technologies
Analytical skills
Independent & selfresponsible way of working
