Job Description

  • What you will do:
  • Build and maintain a longstanding relationship with the business and its (senior) management;-
  • Analyze, challenge, guide and advise as full trusted advisor for (senior) management;-
  • Proactively support the business and its (senior) management in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Off boarding, Learning & Development, Employer Relations, Absenteeism, Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning and HR reporting-
  • Closely collaborate with the HR Ops team, HR Business Partner organization, HR Centers of Excellence-
  • Act as a change agent / facilitator in change;-
  • You will be a member of local, regional, or global project teams;-
  • Lead the HR team of the country & a member of the local leadership team

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum of 8 years with progressive responsibility & Human Resource generalist experience;
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff in a global matrixstructure environment;
  • Organization sensitivity and Business Acumen; ability to translate the business needs and problems in HR solutions;
  • Sound knowledge of local labor law;
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written and presentation skills, required (both German and English);
  • Problem solving, pragmatic, handson;
  • Flexibility: ability to work in a rapidly changing organization;
  • MS
