Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for a

HR Specialist (German or Chinese speaking), to join their business in

Germany.

Responsibilities:

First line response for employee queries and document requests
Effective management of documentation and data from onboarding to offboarding
Troubleshoot employee issues, resulting in solutions or referrals to appropriate personnel
HR Data management, maintenance and auditing
Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are aligned with current employment law and compliance requirements
Payroll data preparation and auditing for payment accuracy
Partner with HRBP & support with employee relations tasks for seamless HR experience
Support on basic employee relations issues where relevant

Qualifications:

Familiar with local laws, regulations and human resources market environment in Germany

- ***** Positive and strong communication skills.
- ***** Bachelor degree or above
- ***** Fluent in German and English, Chinese languages are preferred
- ***** Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
