As a Café Team Member, you are a member of the Café team and report to the Café Supervisor. The Café Team is part of the location team. The location team aims to give
every community member and guest an awesome experience during their stay at The Base. What will you be doing exactly?

Ensure the Café is always clean, tidy and ready for business
Cover shifts in the Café, serving breakfast, drinks and snacks
Be friendly towards all customers and show an interest in the community
Work with the Community Manager and the Venue Sales Manager to ensure the smooth running of events taking place
Ensure that the vending machines and "Späti" Shelves are filled and look yummy
Ensure you are up to date on all health & safety policies
Supporting the Marketing Team with Social Media Content
On Site Sales activities like upselling and crossselling

Your profile - HARD FACTS:

You already have experience in the F&B area. Or not. Convince us that you are a host at heart. You also believe that a good coffee can make the difference in any day.
You love coffee and food and always want to try new trends
You genuinely love working with people. You enjoy open communication, are fluent in English (written and spoken, German is a plus) and you are a friendly and outgoing person face to face.
You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong "handson" mentality.

YOUR PROFILE - SOFT FACTS:

You don't have a 95 mindset we believe in a proper worklife balance, but also: great things take time (Don't worry, we won't ask you to be available 24/7 Just on that special day where a client holds most important event of the year or similar "allhandsondeck"situations and on average one weekend per month. In return, we'll make sure work life balance is not just a phrase.)
