We are looking for a highly-motivated temporary Assistant (M/F/d) for the Design BOSS MW Camel & Black team.

What you can expect:

Support with all administrative tasks such as scheduling and travel planning, travel expense accounting, preparation and followup of appointments, compliance with and monitoring of deadlines
Handling national and international correspondence
Organisation of meetings and events within the department
Supporting the team in all organisational matters and optimising internal processes
Taking over projects and departmentrelated special topics and tasks as well as preparation of presentations

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial education or equivalent with 3 years of professional experience
At least two years of relevant professional experience in an assistant position or in office management
Structured, conscientious and independent way of working as well as organisational talent and strong communication skills
Very good knowledge of common office software (MS Office package, Outlook)
Affinity for new technologies and willingness to learn new things
Very good written and spoken English
