We are looking for an Expert in Transfer Pricing / CFO area (M/F/d), based in Munich.


Your Team
Our team oversees and co-ordinates tax and transfer pricing matters in AGCS globally.

We are committed to safeguarding AGCS's reputation as responsible taxpayer, to efficiently managing tax matters and contributing to AGCS's business success through best practice strategic tax advice.


The Impact You Will Have


The holder of this position will assume global responsibility for the transfer pricing function at AGCS, in collaboration with internal and external tax experts as well as the Allianz Group tax function.

You will ensure the organization complies with the increasing external requirements regarding taxes and transfer pricing.


Furthermore, you will collaborate with the business to strengthen the relevant internal processes that are needed for tax and transfer pricing, and related documentation.

The holder of the position reports directly to the Head of Tax and Transfer Pricing of AGCS and has regular interaction with the transfer pricing team of Allianz Group headquarters.


Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Take overall ownership of global adherence to the Transfer Pricing (TP) framework. Monitor changes to global and regional TP regulations and perform qualitative and quantitative impact analyses. Continuously monitor and evaluate the company about the TP impact
  • Improve and maintain an AGCS Transfer Pricing Compliance System. Systematically identify, assess, manage, and monitor transfer pricingrelated risks, implement group tax guidelines with respect to TP
  • Manage TP implications of business model and organizational and process changes
  • Be a qualified entry point for transfer pricing topics into the organization. Be the ultimate escalation point for TP issues, prepare decisions if unclear or undefined
  • Ensure uptodate maintenance of local and regional TP documentation (Service Level Agreements, country file / master file documentation)
  • Support tax audits with complete documentary proof of all relevant transactions/ recordings. Provide input to tax authorities or to Group as required e.g., remuneration details, related services, rationale of charging, benchmarking
  • Support implementation of adequate infrastructure (tools, systems) for executing transfer pricing compliance. Initiate and support process improvements for TPrelated activities

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Degree in Business Administration or Economics or a comparable degree
  • Certified in financial management or tax preferred
  • Experience with tax and/or transfer pricing topics with a good understanding of transfer pricing practices & issues
  • Knowledge about relevant international TP legislation; knowledge of OECD guidance on transfer pricing theory and practices/models, practical experience of working with transfer pricing laws in several countries
  • Ability to handle complex processes (closing, reporting, finance operations) including understanding of data flows
  • Experience in insurance (Property-Casualty) or financial industry is preferred
  • Advanced experience in project and teamwork in an international and dynamic environment while considering complex stakeholder structures and requirements
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office); ideally SAP and related reporting systems (BW, ECCS) user skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills In English. German is a plus
