We are now looking for a

Service Technician (M/F/d)
to join our team working for a better future.

The preferred location for the position is in Geesthacht, Germany.

What you will be doing

As Service Technician your work will focus on these responsibilities:

Troubleshooting at site
Customer Support
Commissioning work (incl. sea trial) for new fresh water system deliveries (evaporators)
Commissioning and development work of upgrades for existing evaporators
Service work of existing fresh water systems onboard vessels and landbased units

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

Professional education in electrical or mechanical sphere or equivalent and first experience with evaporators
Good practical electrical skills
Good mechanical skills
Experience with engine room installations
Highly motivated and selforganized detailed work preparation
Structured analytical and selfdependent working attitude
Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
Willingness to travel worldwide
Customer oriented
Excellent behaviour in team working in an international and intercultural working environment
Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills are required
