We are looking for an intern (M/F/d) for the Product Lifecycle Management team in our Frankfurt office for a period of at least three months.

The Product Lifecycle Management team, as part of Products in Europe at Allianz Global Investors, oversees the product lifecycle of the existing European retail funds.

This includes the further strategic development of the existing product range, in particular its analysis, planning and coordination of implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Cooperation and support in the further development of the product range, market and competition analyzes as well as the development of product measures:

Participation and support in product changes of the European product range
Participation in the launch of new unit classes for mutual funds
Accompanying product consolidations of the product range of Allianz Global Investors
Independent creation of reports and quantitative analyses
Creation of internal and external presentations
Operational support for the product manager in ongoing projects
Participation in internal meetings within the team and with different interface partners in the company

Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience

Advanced bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with a quantitative background (e.g. economics, business administration with a focus on finance or computer science)
Preferably experience abroad through a language trip, internship or semester abroad
Excellent (financial) mathematical / analytical skills and interest in asset management
Quick comprehension and high reliability in quantitative analyses
Confident appearance and aboveaverage commitment
Ability to work in a team and take initiative
Good written and verbal communication skills
Very good English skills (spoken and written)
Solid Microsoft Office 365 skills required (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Teams Apps)
