Job Title:
Head of Advertising/ Brand Performance Director


First and foremost, you'll be an exceptional team leader, rapport builder and mentor to the exceptional group of PPC Strategists and POD Leaders we currently have on our team.

Naturally, this will also require high level time management, prioritization and organization skills.


You will be a high-level strategic problem solver that lives and breathes Amazon marketing strategy, is able to identify bottlenecks in campaigns/accounts, troubleshoot and execute solutions that drive results for our team to hit KPIs.


You'll have a strong track record of proven results and experience in profitably managing $100k+/month ad spend budgets, naturally coupled with a solid data-driven decision making mindset.

You'll be an open communicator.

Naturally, this is a highly dynamic, demanding and fast-paced role, if you're looking to cruise then this isn't the gig for you.

You will be highly resourceful, organized and adaptable - there will be fires to put out and changes to make every day and you need to be on top of your game at all times.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing, supporting and mentoring our PPC Team (and support team members) maintain an elite level of both performance and team happiness.
  • Building strong relationships with key clients. Relationships are everything in this game
  • Manage work loads of all team members and keep team accountable
  • Track team performance, KPIs and ensures OKRs are being met
  • Identify bottlenecks and come up with solutions and systems to allow growth and efficiency
  • Understand accountability and react with solution based actions
  • Increasing overall client LTV through high customer satisfaction, strong retention rates and service crossselling.
  • Help manage all aspects of the PPC Division including hiring, developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), building organizational structures, overseeing projects beyond traditional advertising (such as LTV and customer journey), building and overseeing a team and onboarding new clients
  • Handle and manage relationships with Amazon and our software providers ensuring we are getting everything we need
  • Provide expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing services
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay uptodate with industry trends and ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact
  • Communicate openly with Directors, VPs and Csuite regarding strategies, goals and KPIs of division
  • Continuously explore new PPC tactics and strategies to drive growth and stay ahead of the competition

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors in Marketing/ Engineering/ Audit/ Management
  • Experience of managing a team of at least 20 people
  • Proven track record of managing and growing an advertising team minimum 2 years
  • Experience in working with Google/ Facebook/ Amazon ads
  • Highly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teams
  • Resourceful, strong elite communication skills
  • High attention to details and documentation
  • Knowledge of English: C1

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire

Working hours:
6am-11am PST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over you
