Your responsibilities and tasks:

We are hiring a critical leader for now and to help us shape our future.

In this role you will be a leader of initially a small team and from there drive the foundations of a customer centric organization that uses Voice of Customer and market trends to define effective initiatives to position our service organization as the preferred partner in the markets we operate.

The purpose of the role is to integrate Net Promoter Score and respective learnings into process improvements and tools deployment, that will adopt further customer needs in what we do and then create differentiation of our business in the market.

The job can be performed in multiple GEA locations

The job


The main task for you and your team is to put customer, processes and tools high on the agenda and ensure visibility and quality in Service.

This means that you will play an important role amongst others in the following:


  • Influencing our organization to adopt Service Culture
  • Set and drive general standards and policies for business excellence, covering operational
- and market excellence.

  • Prepare basis for complex managerial decision making by preselecting relevant facts and figures
  • Develop and implement new digital solutions that simplify services processes
  • Build an organization in the long term to sustain process, customer, tools focus and high performance.

Your profile and qualifications:


  • The most important thing to be a success in this role, is relevant and significant experience within Services preferably from a matching industry and be very familiar with NPS and SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational skills is also a prerequisite for this role, as you have to operate in a matrix environment and building up this function.
  • Leadership competences is important especially leading in an international environment. From a mindset perspective, you are a strategic thinker with good analytical skills.
  • The typical background would be University, Master's degree in Engineering, Production, Business Economics, Business Engineering or similar. English proficiency is a must have.
