Tasks

JOB INTRO:

Offgrid is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and has a strong desire to contribute to the growth of our company.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Offgrid and its products/services.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
Assist in the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring comments and messages.
Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.

Requirements:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing software/tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
