We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales Operations to drive our sales growth objectives by maximizing operational efficiency and alignment among sales, marketing, and service functions.

In this role, you will optimize revenue-related activities, streamline processes, and leverage resources within the Laboratory and Analytical Technology division.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Optimization:
Oversee and optimize endtoend sales process, from lead generation, opportunity management to deal closure.
Systems and Tools:
Optimize the use of relevant systems and tools to enhance process efficiency and task management.
Data Management and Analytics:
Utilize data analytics to gain insights into sales performance across all customers segments and business regions
Establish and maintain accurate and reliable data within Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence Systems (BI, leveraging datadriven decisionmaking to drive revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and service teams.
Work closely with leadership to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and drive a cohesive organizational strategy.

Key Requirements:

Industry background: software industry, preferably SaaS
Companytype: Experience in high growth scaleups or mature companies
Seniority: 5y+ of Leadership Experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
Location: Onsite in Staufen is a requirement
Characteristics: Structure and process driven, analytical and data driven mindset, Handson execution and quality oriented, Collaborative team player, Capability to drive change management
Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
