French and
English: - Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
- You are empathetic and socially competent
REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR WORKPLACE:
- A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)?
- An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
- Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network?Address?Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv
- A separate, quiet and background noisefree room
- Comfortable and ergonomic furniture
