You support our team as


Head of Financial Reporting & Analysis (f/m/d):


Responsibilities:


  • Leads and coordinates the preparation of monthly/quarterly management reporting incl. forecasting for the Business Group FPM
  • Manages the preparation of financial data and relevant analyses linked to FPM's Operative
- & Strategic Planning process

  • Manages analyses of business development of the Business Group and the Divisions
  • Acts as business partner for FPM Board of Management, Global Functions and Divisions by supporting with financial expertise and as first contact person for Freudenberg Group Controlling in the context of reporting and business development
  • Leads and manages Business Groupwide projects to continuously develop/streamline/automate key Controlling
- & Reporting tools and processes

  • Supports CFO / SVP Global Controlling with preparation of presentations on business development for Board of Management

Qualifications:


  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Group Controlling in an industrial organization
  • A previous experience in a Big4 consulting firm or in controlling of a multinational manufacturing company is a plus
  • Strong skills in MS Office and Management Information Systems (e.g. HFM)
  • Ability to work independently with high motivation, strong analytical thinking and good communications skills
  • Strong German and fluent English skills (written and spoken)
