YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Together with the divisional HR leadership team you will develop the HR roadmap and activities for the division and prioritizes HR projects. You will be project lead on the roadmap.
  • Lead strategic HR project for the division, drive the further development and transformation of our organization and accompany organizational development and change initiatives through building and harmonizing people processes, systems and policies
  • Enable the implementation of business measures with a focus on people, capabilities, change and culture and act as HRBP in key global projects and as HR project leader
  • Main sparring partner and trusted advisor for all HR aspects for leaders and employees belonging to the global business support (GBS) functions, when attracting, developing and retaining our employees or conducting organizational changes
  • Together with senior leaders, drive the KCS people agenda and further embed people and change initiatives such as talent management, employee engagement, performance management, culture, salary review, leadership upskilling, etc.
  • The role is reporting into the Chief People & Change Office and part of the divisional HR leadership team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or equivalent
  • Profound knowledge with 10+ years' experience in driving organizational transformations and project management with a focus on people in an international business, including working across a global matrix organization. You might also bring experiences from a consultant role
  • Extensive experience in project management especially in international and interdisciplinary projects.
  • Proven track record developing, driving and embedding people and change initiatives globally, including talent management, succession planning, culture, retention and engagement etc
  • Strong analytical skills, with a structured, proactive and solutionoriented approach
  • Willingness to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies
  • Team player, who naturally builds strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders across various levels
  • Handson mentality including a cando attitude and being a selfstarter with an independent working style
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German

LOCATION
The position can be based out of any Knauf Ceiling Solutions location in Europe and will require regular to travel to our locations around the globe (4-8 days per month mostly Europe)
