Tasks

Your Responsibilities

Support HR processes of onboarding and offboarding
Supporting in administrative tasks & filing management
Assist and contribute to different Employer Branding and HR marketing projects
Help with the organisation of internal events and recruitment fairs
Researching and carrying out special projects
Coordinating the order of office supplies and groceries for the daily needs of the team

Requirements:

Your Profile

You are currently studying and are enrolled at an university (HRspecified studies are considered an advantage)
Fluent in English and German(any other European language will be considered an advantage)
You have first experience in the organisation of events and Employer Branding or marketing
You have the willingness and passion to learn and grow
You have a very structured and reliable way of working
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
You have a high level of initiative and commitment
You want to contribute your ideas and push your projects forward
