- The Integration Center Electric/Electronic (E/E) is the driving force behind the transformation to a software-driven company in Mercedes-Benz Operations. We develop software, systems, test methods and a smooth E/E commissioning in the Ramp-up factory for the Mercedes-Benz Plants all over the world. We ensure the Mercedes-Benz Cars E/E maturity level through preventive measures at an early stage among other for our Infotainment, Advanced Driver Assistance or Body
- In close partnership with the R&D departments, we design Innovations and the digitalization of E/E processes and thereby achieve a productionoriented product influence. Through this extensive cooperation with different departments of the Mercedes-Benz Group, you will get an excellent overview of the company.
Qualifikationen:
**Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire: - Professionals with relevant work experience in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analysts, E/E Commissioning or E/E Quality Management and leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months
- International experience of at least 6 months
- Excellent academic university degree e.g. Master in in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or Data Analytics
- Ability to communicate with different management levels
- Fluent in Business English and good German skills
- Significant agile mindset
- Impressive social engagement
- Extended digital knowhow
- High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills
- Working structured and resultoriented
- Assertiveness
