The Integration Center Electric/Electronic (E/E) is the driving force behind the transformation to a software-driven company in Mercedes-Benz Operations. We develop software, systems, test methods and a smooth E/E commissioning in the Ramp-up factory for the Mercedes-Benz Plants all over the world. We ensure the Mercedes-Benz Cars E/E maturity level through preventive measures at an early stage among other for our Infotainment, Advanced Driver Assistance or Body

- & Comfort-Systems.

In close partnership with the R&D departments, we design Innovations and the digitalization of E/E processes and thereby achieve a productionoriented product influence. Through this extensive cooperation with different departments of the Mercedes-Benz Group, you will get an excellent overview of the company.

Qualifikationen:

**Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire: - Professionals with relevant work experience in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analysts, E/E Commissioning or E/E Quality Management and leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months

International experience of at least 6 months
Excellent academic university degree e.g. Master in in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or Data Analytics
Ability to communicate with different management levels
Fluent in Business English and good German skills
Significant agile mindset
Impressive social engagement
Extended digital knowhow
High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills
Working structured and resultoriented
Assertiveness
