We have an exciting opportunity for a After Sales Customer Service Technician to join our team at our European Head Office in Raunhiem, Germany.

The role:

As After Sales Customer Service Technician you will be responsible for determining the course of action when a product is returned.

Key duties:

Undertaking service and repair in accordance with requirements of the request
Updating the system in respect of the work carried out and any issues found
Seeking advice from the product specialists
Reevaluating returns requests

What are we looking for?

As After Sales Customer Service Technician you will have the following:

Key skills:

Educated at School level in Maths and English
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Electronic/Electromechanical assembly or service experience
Hydropneumatic assembly or service experience
Ability to communicate at a technical level
