Job Overview
Collaborate with the company's internal teams to develop and implement a coordinated action plan to achieve Quality, H&S and environmental goals and targets. Serve as the internal leader and "goto" expert for QHSE topics.
Responsibilities
Quality : Quality Claim System management Own the administration of the Gunnebo claims system (currently based SanMArcoInformatica SW). Produce reports (Quality KPIs) Support the 3 QHSE regional champions Is the main interlocutor to SMi and interact with them when appropriate. Review, develop and implement appropriate Quality rules and guidelines, in line with our Quality requirement. Act as a catalyzer to ensure best practice sharing among units
HSE :

H&S-E animation Own the HSE forum (Quarterly meetings) Information and best practice sharing Is the main interlocutor to Group H&S Develop specific GSS HSE Standard (Example: Personal Protective Equipment, use of forklift ) Review and update the toolbox. Owns the GSS H&S Midas team site. Communicate on HSE (internally) and liaise with MarCom (external)
Person Specification QHSE knowledge QHSE systems, awareness, ISO audits & certification process Excellent english (writing & speaking) Education: university degree, preferably with an engineering background.

Similar experience within any Industrial sector with heavy manufacturing Experience > 3 years
