Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Direct and support technical teams in designing, executing and implementing of projects
You manage resources, budgets and allocations for the project within the given project parameters
You are reporting and tracking status reports
Present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members
Assess, review and resolve problems arising in execution of projects
Enforce work standards in compliance with the best practices, standards and procedures
You ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and within the budget limits.
Cross functional coordination for logistics with designers, vendors and contractors
Ensure quality, costs, relationship management and compliance with regulatory bodies
Monitor project deliverables.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, management, or another related technical field
1 to 3 years previous working experience in Managerial position
Great German Language Skills (
current level at least C1)
Great leadership, interpersonal & problemsolving skills
Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong organizational skills.

Ideally, you 'll also have:

Awareness of project management/IMS and reporting tools
Proven leadership record of one or multiple teams
Knowledge/experience on PON deployment (Fiber optic splicing, cabling, PM measurements)
Previous working experience in the telecommunications industry.
