What YOU will do:

The Tendering Engineering Leader supervises, coordinates the Engineering team during tendering phase

Main responsibilities:

Leading the team in charge of the overall technical coordination & integration, primary and secondary engineering to be done during the tendering stage
Be accountable for the proper performance of technical tender engineering regarding deliverables in due time as per the required quality.
Coordinate and manage global time schedule of tender engineering activities, ensure implementation of Engineering Management Handbook guidelines, supervise overall technical coordination between different work packages of Grid Complex large project.
Guarantee that global optimization is implemented when selecting technical solutions (costeffective solution, safe, ease of installation and operation of the systems) in line with Customer expectation and relevant documentation
Estimate the project engineering budget and elaborate the execution design strategy in collaboration with the Project Engineering leader and Operations leader.
Coordinate engineering subcontractors when applicable.
Be accountable for the proper compliance to the 'state of the art' and applicable standard and regulation in his/her field of activity,

What YOU bring:

10+ years of Engineering activities in EPC type environment in T&D, Power Gen or Oil & Gas industry
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
Project technical management in a multidisciplinary team's context including multiple interfaces and products coming from several countries
Successful experience in Team management
Fluent in English, speaking German would be an advantage
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Polished presentation skills and ability to succinctly communicate complex messages
If you are based in Berlin, it is required to be in our Dresden office at least twice per month for 23 days on average
