Germany Remote (6 month period)

About the position

As our Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist Operations, you own and lead all talent acquisition, talent pooling and employer branding activities for our open roles in Operations.

Next to the day-to-day TA activities, we discuss your areas of interest and will assign a project for you to own, this could be a process, tech implementation, system owner, employer branding or maybe you love data? Very curious to hear what you enjoy

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Maybe you have spent some time on the agency side and are now looking for an in-house position or you are currently working in-house.

You understand the German talent market, if you have experience with Operations within FMCG, great However, most important is that you understand the dynamics of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

You have felt the heat of deadlines, you've dealt with the complexity and hard-to-find combinations - and only the sky is the limit for you when you search for "the ONE".

Besides, you are fluent in English & German (C1 level).
