- Supporting role within the international marketing team for all CYBEX relevant countries
- Share global corporate-provided marketing materials and campaigns with the distributors on an extended geographical scope particularly EMEA + specific focus on Columbus Trading Partners owned distribution regions where it would be required.
- Interact with global Marketing on special programs and initiatives designed for the core export markets to better position the brand and the products within those markets
- Implement with the major distributors local trade marketing activities for the strategically most relevant KAMs and retailers
- Provide recommendation and insight on relevant social media behavior and channels in the assigned markets
- Support distributors to manage relationships with local external PR, creative and event agencies together with the distributor if necessary
- Cooperate with distributors regarding organization of relevant local and national tradeshows, as well as assist in executing pre-event and post-event campaigns
- Act as proactive member of Global International Sales team
- Digital savvy on assets checks with strong focus on branding.
- Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields
- Several years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer centric environment
- Strong goal focus and customer orientation, affinity for design
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives.
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
- Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills
- Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
- Analytical with high sense of organization, understands business and numbers
- Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects.
