We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations & Organization Specialist to join our Linearity team.

This role is the perfect opportunity to gain insights in all areas of people operations, culture and engagement and to support in high priority projects to ensure we achieve our ambitious company goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage People Operations and support in onboarding & offboarding, ship welcome boxes to our new joiners, order IT Equipment and provide a firstinclass people experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Culture & Engagement: Play a crucial role in organizing company events (remote & onsite) and in our yearly retreat planning.
  • Administration: Manage all administrative tasks including office management and vendor management.
  • Shape and improve our internal processes, manage various stakeholders and assist with adhoc People Ops projects as needed.
  • Support the whole team in creating impactful presentations such as our monthly allhands presentation.

Requirements:


  • You are enrolled at university, e.g. Human Resources, Hospitality, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
  • Ideally, you gained first working experience (student job or internship) in a fastpaced tech environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and structured thinker.
  • You are excited about and suited for a startup, where you'll be wearing a few hats.
  • Openminded, a team player and gogetter.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you are fluent in English. Speaking German is a plus.
  • You live in Berlin and you love working from the office.
