Key tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, implement and follow up examination phases
  • Create & issue certificates, certificates of achievement, objections and deregistration notices
  • Advise, support, and assist students and lecturers in all areas of the examination system and process with support issues & questions
  • Recognition of achievements for lateral entrants
  • Administer BA and MA processes (registration, submission of topics, submission of theses and project monitoring) as well as admission examinations
  • Other related duties

Your profile:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • A high degree of initiative, organizational skills, teamwork, reliability, commitment, loyalty, and flexibility
  • Completed vocational training or university degree or relevant practical experience in customeroriented administration in higher education
  • Experience with university management systems such as CampusNet desirable
  • Knowledge of higher education law, e.g. in examination law as well as in the preparation of appeal and deregistration notices and study contracts, and experience in higher education administration
