We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team in FRANKFURT.


What we expect from you:


Experience:


  • Experience in procurement, order processing, administration, or a comparable commercial area
Preferable - University degree in scientific field i.e., computer science, engineering, etc. or successful completion of commercial training


Skills:


  • Basic to advanced knowledge of IT related products and services
Good MS Office skills in Word / Excel / Power Point / Access / Outlook
Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken


Responsibilities:


  • Procurement of ITrelated goods and services; Coordination and communication with suppliers regarding offers, delivery process, ordering and monitoring of deliveries for different locations
Reviewing orders and processing requests according to standards and policies
Close cooperation with different departments and the management board, managing supplier relationships
Inventory management, creation of new items and maintenance of master data
Participation in the strategic selection of suppliers to achieve the project goals
Active support of the continuous improvement process and procurement market research


Frankfurt Office:


  • Quipu's Head Office was established from the beginning in Frankfurt, while other regional offices were set up in Eastern Europe, Africa and South America, to better serve a global market.
