customs specialist at logit.syncreon in
Elsenfeld, you will be responsible for the smooth processing and declaration of our high-tech goods.

About the Role:

How you will contribute:

Management of a bonded warehouse (inbound and outbound booking)
Provision of T1 customs transit documents (via NCTS procedure)
Import customs clearance for free circulation
Classification of goods according to EZT
Export documentation (ABD)
Preparation of COO documents as well as certification, according to the content requirements of the customer
INTRA-STAD registration
Administration of export licenses
Administration and verification of arrival confirmations
Keeping of various statistics
Acceptance and processing of customer inquiries
Communication with authorities
Archiving and issuing of customs documents (AEO regulations)
Reporting on customsrelated topics
Compliance with all requirements within the scope of AEO certification
Documentation and review of customs processes according to AEO requirements
BAFA export control

Your Key Qualifications

Completed training as a management assistant for forwarding and logistics services or comparable training
23 years of professional experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency in the field of customs clearance
Sound knowledge of customs clearance and the associated programs as well as AEO requirements
Air and sea freight knowledge is an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken German, good English skills
You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress resistant
You work independently and are characterized by goaloriented, proactive work with high selfdemands
