Tasks:

Coordination and support of workshops to improve productivity and increase efficiency

Coordination and support of the implementation of measures from VPS workshops and technical changes (Industrial Engineering)

Implementation of VPS training (5S, TPM, Hoshin,...)

Support and further development of digital systems such as: eWS/eBTT (electronic workstation), MES (manufacturing execution system) and TPM database

Development and control of maintenance plans

Participation in the creation of value stream and flow analyses

Support IE in the preparation of FMEA's and the execution of FDPR (full day production run)

Carrying out "micro stop" analyses and deriving measures
