TRAINEE CORPORATE FUNCTIONS INTERNATIONAL IN PEOPLE ANALYTICS & REPORTING (M/F/X)

Here at the People Analytics & Reporting team we are doing exactly that You will work interdisciplinary with many other functions and business units that need analytics support to become more successful through our data-driven insights.

Your tasks

Support the strategic development of our people analytics & data architecture for peoplerelated insights
Support people analytics projects (i.e. in the fields of recruiting/turnover, occupational health and safety and employee feedback) with our business and IT partners
Support the development of people KPIs, scorecards, dashboards and stateoftheart processes

Your profile

Bachelor or Master degree (obtained before April 1st, 2024) in Social Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Psychology
First professional experience with data analysis, practical experiences in business intelligence, Python, R advantageous
Fluent English skills, good German skills
Passion for data & statistical analysis, tech savvy, precise communication, customer centric mindset, creativity, team player
