- Du bist der Leitung des Teams Continuous Improvement (CI) unterstellt und unterstützt den Manager Lean Continuous Improvement bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen.
- Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit den Ingenieuren im Team und den Schnittstellenbereichen gewinnst Du umfassende Einblicke in unsere Tätigkeiten und Projekte.
- Gemeinsam mit dem CI-Team identifizierst du das Optimierungspotenzial von Prozessen und unterstützt bei Prozessanalysen.
- In Eigenverantwortung entwickelst Du das Konzept zur Digitalisierung des KVPs weiter, um dessen Fortschritte und Erfolge transparent zu gestalten.
- Dabei behältst Du vor- und nachgelagerte Prozesse stets im Blick, um eine Einbettung in den Produktionsfluss bestmöglich zu gewährleisten.
- Du erhältst die Möglichkeit, Dich in einem internationalen Medizintechnikunternehmen mit deinen praxisnahen Lösungen aktiv einzubringen.
- Du studierst Ingenieurwissenschaften mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder bist in einem ähnlichen Studiengang eingeschrieben.
- Durch ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie durch Deine strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise agierst Du erfolgreich in unserem dynamischen Team.
- Dein ausgeprägtes Interesse für die genannte Themenstellung motiviert Dich, Dich mit komplexen Sachverhalten im Bereich CI auseinanderzusetzen.
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Lean Management sammeln.
- Dein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Deine fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen Dir eine problemlose Kommunikation in unserem internationalen Umfeld.
