In order to support Cabin Integration, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

VIE within Wide-Body (A330 / A350) Programme Cabin Integration (d/f/m):

Your location:

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities:

Lead initiatives and projects that aim to secure the Airbus Widebody program goals that focus on costs, engineering/industrial capacity & rate increases and continuous improvement.
Represent the program and work in an Xfunctional network with a direct connection to engineering, procurement & supply chain.
Need to identify (key) indicators that should be followed up, drive "Go-LookSee''.
Take corrective measures to ensure that the improvement goals are achieved.
You are also responsible for setting up and managing dedicated business improvement operations, e.g. Process Method Tools implementation projects, digitization initiatives.
Management of the associated project portfolio as well as active risk and opportunity management.

Desired skills and qualifications:

University degree in the area of Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent field of study.
Google Suite knowledge.
Good knowledge of data analytics and visualization.
Project & stakeholder management.
Crisis Management knowledge would be a plus.
English: fluent.
German or French would be a plus.
