    Als Sachbearbeiter Ecommerce Operations (m/w/d) bei den Bergfreunden unterstützt Du die Versand- und Retourenprozesse für unsere Kunden in ganz Europa, sowohl für Marktplätze als auch für unsere 12 Online-Shops. Du misst und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Performance in Bezug auf den Lieferservice und bist Teil unseres E-Commerce Operations Teams in einem wachsenden und sich entwickelnden Umfeld.

    *Das erwartet Dich*
    * Du analysierst fortlaufend unsere Versand-Performance, erkennst Gründe für Abweichungen und übernimmst in diesen Fällen die interne und externe Kommunikation.
    * Als "Troubleshooter" findest Du schnelle, smarte Lösungen und sorgst für eine effektive Kommunikation innerhalb des Unternehmens.
    * Du überwachst den Versandprozess zum Kunden, das Paketvolumen und Lieferzeiten und bist für die Rechnungsprüfung unserer Carrier mit verantwortlich.
    * Die laufende Weiterentwicklung unseres Versanderlebnisses durch kreative Ideen und kleine, aber entscheidende Verbesserungen in Bezug auf Versand und Retoure mitzugestalten.
    * Du unterstützt im Tagesgeschäft den technischen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb unserer Marktplätze und betreust die internen Schnittstellen z.B. zu Kundenservice & Logistik.

    *Das bringst Du mit*
    * Ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung.
    * Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem Ecommerce- oder Logistikumfeld gesammelt.
    * Eine analytische Arbeitsweise, die von Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Termintreue und hohen Qualitätsansprüchen geprägt ist.
    * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.
    * Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und kennst Dich besonders mit Excel und Powerpoint aus.
