Summer Consulting Internship

Here are the key facts:
- _Internship period_: ideally from 1 July to 30 September 2024 (but we are open to discuss minor changes)
- _Working hours:_ 20 to 40 hours per week
- _Location:_ Remote (based somewhere in Germany)


Your challenge
(focus depending on your background and client projects during your intership period)

• Support in the creation of
  (customer) presentations (content and design)
• Drafting and designing
  marketing material (e.g. LinkedIn posts,...)
• Conducting
  research on various topics within our focus areas, such as suitable software solutions for customers, best practices,...
• Working on
  12 "special" projects of strategic importance to us which we will choose together based on our goals and your background

English) - of course with the help of DeepL

• Depending on your level of experience,
  initial direct customer contact in meetings & co.

Your profile

• You have initial
  relevant professional experience ideally in the People & Culture sector, in consulting or in a startup
• You have successfully
  completed your bachelor's degree with very good results:
• You have a
  passion for good design and have
  very good MS PowerPoint skills (initial experience with design tools such as Canva would be an advantage)
• You are
  fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional fluent German language skills are a plus
• You are driven by the
  desire to learn and broaden your horizons and know that business life is not just about 'fun' tasks

Fair remuneration (depending on your previous work experience between 2,200 and 2,500 Euro / month (gross, for 40 hours /week))
