The Scope:

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be joining our Forest Management team and your tasks will include the following:

  • Coordinate incoming inquiries from stakeholders, ensuring they are efficiently registered and addressed.
  • Support the preparation and launch of public consultations, and analyse feedback received.
  • Take part in organization, followup and minutes taking of meetings and webinars.
  • Assist in the editing of technical documents, graphics, and presentations and website maintenance.
  • Research technical topics related to forest management.
  • Assist in the development of ToRs, contract, and processing invoices.
  • Work with databases, saving and tracking information.

Your profile:


  • You are ideally enrolled in a University and studying Forestry, Ecology, Environmental Sciences, International Development, or similar in Germany.
  • You have good command on MS office especially MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • You are a team player and quick to grasp new concepts.
  • You are fluent in English, and ideally also in French and/or Spanish.
  • You live in commuting distance to our Bonn offices.
  • You are committed to FSC's mission and values.

The Fine Print:


Terms and Conditions:
Starting Date: 01 August 202-
Working Hours: 20 hours per week.

  • Duration of contract: 6 months with an opportunity to extend.
  • Remuneration: 14 € gross per hour

Bonn, Germany.
