The Scope:

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be joining our Forest Management team and your tasks will include the following:

Coordinate incoming inquiries from stakeholders, ensuring they are efficiently registered and addressed.
Support the preparation and launch of public consultations, and analyse feedback received.
Take part in organization, followup and minutes taking of meetings and webinars.
Assist in the editing of technical documents, graphics, and presentations and website maintenance.
Research technical topics related to forest management.
Assist in the development of ToRs, contract, and processing invoices.
Work with databases, saving and tracking information.

Your profile:

You are ideally enrolled in a University and studying Forestry, Ecology, Environmental Sciences, International Development, or similar in Germany.
You have good command on MS office especially MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
You are a team player and quick to grasp new concepts.
You are fluent in English, and ideally also in French and/or Spanish.
You live in commuting distance to our Bonn offices.
You are committed to FSC's mission and values.

The Fine Print:

Terms and Conditions:
Starting Date: 01 August 202-
Working Hours: 20 hours per week.

Duration of contract: 6 months with an opportunity to extend.
Remuneration: 14 € gross per hour
