I am seeking a skilled individual to join a Medical Device QARA team as a Quality Management Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to complaint handling, change notifications, and the creation of inspection reports and test plans.

Additionally, you will support quality management activities and maintain relevant documentation.

Quality Assurance Tasks:

Administer, process, and monitor complaint cases in SAP.
Manage, process, and monitor change notifications within specified deadlines.
Create and maintain templates for first article inspection reports.
Generate test reports and test plans based on input from the Quality Assurance team.
Provide test logs and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
Compile statistics for both internal and external committees.
Archive all Quality Assurance documents.
Assist with Quality Assurance activities as needed.
Create and manage toleration requests.
Maintain basic data in SAP related to quality assurance.
Archive measurement programs.
Undertake additional Quality Assurance/Quality Management tasks when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Quality Management.
Proficiency in SAP is essential.
ISO 13485 knowledge.
