Currently recruiting for an experienced CLUSTER Director of Finance and Asset Management, taking control of the Finance and Accounting functions of several hotels in the Netherlands.
Preparation and compilation of budgets and forecasting for all business activities and individual properties
Control hotel costs, procurement processes and efficiencies
Overlook accurate and efficient monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
Working closely with COO on companies outlines, vision and performances
Oversee accurate and complete records of all financial transactions
Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures consistent with Government regulations and company standards
Conduct internal financial audits to streamline control procedures
Ensure timely completion of external compliance audits in line with Company requirements
Implement internal controls in order to safeguard the Hotel assets; maintaining records for fixed assets, operating equipment, supplies and inventory
Ensure prudent cash management through administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Manage contracts, agreements, insurance policies and all legal and financial documents and data
Assist the General Managers with legal and compliance matters
Provide leadership to Finance Department team
Salary:
From 100,000.00€ per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamburg: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- 10+ Years Hotel Finance (required)
- Asset Management experience (required)
- 4+ Years in a Cluster role (required)

- Dutch (required)
