    HRIT People has partnered with a global and reputable business located in Munich for the past two years. This business has over 12,000 employees in more than 30 countries, and they are currently in the early stages of a global HR transformation and (Multiple) HR System implementation with SAP SuccessFactors at the core.

    To join the skilled and growing internal HR-technology team, we are searching for an experienced SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding professional.

    Your Job

    • You will join the global HR Systems and Processes Team.
    • You will contribute to various global SF projects.
    • Analyze and implement system release functionalities in alignment with Recruiting and Onboarding stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary contact for SuccessFactors REC and ONB, collaborating with the Global Process Owner and Expert to enhance modules for an optimal new hire experience.
    • Maintain and update authorization policies across the board.
    • Keep the HR community well-informed through active participation in communication and change management initiatives related to HR technology platforms and processes.

    Your Profile

    • You have at least 3 years' experience with SAP SF Recruiting, with end-to-end implementation of the module preferred.
    • Ideally, you also have experience with SuccessFactors ONB.
    • Coming from a consulting background is preferred.
    • You have strong knowledge of HR processes and how they are supported is a matter of course for you.
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English

    This is a hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days a week in the Global Munich Headquarters, reporting directly to the Head of Global HR Systems.
