Your purpose at Kertos:

Ready to kickstart your journey into Product Management as our new intern? At Kertos, we're on a mission to take our platform to new heights, and we want you to be a key player in this quest.

Picture yourself contributing to a smarter, more user-friendly platform alongside an amazing and experienced team. If you're ready to embark on a four to six-month adventure in the heart of startup culture, we have the perfect internship for you

What you'll be doing here:

- **Feature Development**: Lay the groundwork for a new feature by creating a catalogue of risks, security hazards and weaknesses.

Quality Assurance:You are the gatekeeper of flawless features - your meticulous testing ensures our platform runs like a well-oiled machine.

Content Creation: Produce engaging videos for onboarding and product training, showcasing both our amazing Kertos platform as well as expertise.

Onboarding:Guide our new customers through the tech onboarding, ensuring a seamless start to their Kertos experience.

Troubleshooting:Be the go-to-support for our Product Managers, from facilitating retros to writing tickets - you are there to save the day.

The skills, motivation, and mentality you should bring:

You are enrolled at university and are available for at least 4 to 6 months
Ideally you have dipped your toe into the Product Management pool before during other internships or working student jobs but that is not a must
You're a born organizer, confidently handling communication in both German and English.
You love diving into new experiences, are a reliable teamplayer who also finds joy in independently driving things forward.
